Husky Safari

Driving a team of huskies across the sparkling, snow-covered fells is an unforgettable Lapland experience. The eager dogs sprint ahead, and the sleigh glides smoothly over the snowdrifts, the skids whispering softly beneath you as you cover 5 or 10 kilometers of winter wonderland.

The husky safari starts nearby the resort and takes you on a fast-paced trip over the untouched snow of the fells and the forests surrounding the Northern Lights Village. This is an experience that you will never forget! Note: We have two-person sleighs. Each sleigh is ridden by one of the guests. However, during early winter and when there's little snow, seats will be available in sleigh ridden by the guide, instead.

You can choose between 5 km and 10 km ride.

This service offers pick-ups from Saariselkä and nearby areas. You can request a pick-up when you are booking your experience or add it later, when closer to your stay.
